What we provide:
The Overlook Website provides a Property For Sale advertising feature for use by property owners and/or their real estate agent. To ensure the professionalism of presentation and integration, the following services will be offered and performed by the Website administrator:

• Collect up to five (5) photos from the property owner/agent and format for web application.
• Coordinate with the property owner/agent to compose a marketing description including property features.
• Include the price and selling terms.
• Include links to other websites such as a multiple listing service and virtual tours where the property may appear.
• Create an exclusive property web page for the property owner/agent.
• Embed YouTube property videos if available.
• Randomly rotate all for sale properties in dedicated space on the home page with links to the full page.

Exposure:
The Overlook at Greenbrier Website is built on a social media platform and as we develop content for the public we will continue to increase our search rankings. Our objective is to be ranked on the first page of Google searches with the search term "Greenbrier." Our new Website was implemented on July 27,2008. Your listing content will assist in dramatically improving our search rankings and your property exposure. It becomes a win-win proposition.

Price:
One time setup fee of $150 for inclusion on the website for up to 12 months for each property listed. This fee includes up to 4 minor listing modifications (such as price and/or features) during the 12 month period.

Renewals will be priced at $50 for each 6 month renewal period per property.

Special documents can be added such as a down loadable brochure, MLS listing and property plats for an additional fee that will depend on the complexity and volume of the documents. For instance, a hard copy plat can be scanned and added as a down loadable document or photo for an additional $25.

The cost of these services will be the responsibility of the property owner/agent.

Payment:
Fee(s) to be paid in advance by the property owner/agent via PayPal with a credit card (MC, VISA, AMEX) or PayPal account (you are not required to have a PayPal account to pay via a credit card using PayPal).

Note:
The Website administrator is currently an inactive real estate agent licensed in Virginia and has significant real estate marketing experience.
